Reminder: SamTrans Conducts Online Customer Survey

SamTrans would like to hear from current, former and new riders to assist us in creating the best possible ride experience for passengers. Feedback from the survey will assist SamTrans in identifying short-, mid- and long-term improvements, such as amenities and service.

Riders can go to www.samtrans.com/customerexperience to complete the online survey, which will be open and available to the public until Sunday, March 19, 2017. If you would like to take the survey by phone, or need a translator, please call Customer Service at 1-800-660-4287 (TTY: 650-508-6448), weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Let SamTrans know what you think. The questionnaire should about 10 minutes and at the end of the survey, participants will have the opportunity to be entered in a drawing to win one of five SamTrans Monthly passes.
