Giants Special Events @ Oracle Park

Oracle Park is hosting a week of special Giants events and games, including Marvel Night and Santa Clara University Night. This week’s games include four nights against the Braves followed by three nights facing off the D-backs.

Fiddler on the Roof @ San Jose Center for the Performing Arts

You don’t need to be a rich man (“daidle deedle daidle daidle daidle deedle daidle dumb”) to appreciate the musical theatre classic, Fiddler on the Roof. Catch one of the performances May 21-26 at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts, easily accessible by Caltrain. Take the train down to San Jose Diridon Station and either walk or connect to VTA light rail for service to Convention Center Station. Enjoy the show!

Caltrain, SamTrans will Run Holiday Schedule on Memorial Day

Memorial Day is Monday, May 27, and Caltrain and SamTrans are ready to get riders where they need to go.

Both agencies will operate on a standard holiday schedule, which is the same as a Sunday schedule. All non-school buses and 24 trains will be operating over the course of the day. Caltrain will also offer its standard shuttle service to and from the San Jose Diridon Station and Tamien Station.

The administrative offices of the San Mateo County Transit District, which manages Caltrain and SamTrans at 1250 San Carlos Ave. in San Carlos, will be closed on Memorial Day.
