On the heels of the weigh-off resulting in a 2,363 pound behemoth being named the largest pumpkin recorded in the United States, Half Moon Bay is ready for the 47th Annual Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival.
The festival offers a parade, a haunted barn, food, drink, music, art, craft, and of course all things pumpkin, including the world’s largest pumpkin sculpture, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie eating contests, pumpkin carving and a pumpkin run.
Attendees can ride the SamTrans 294 to the festival from San Mateo, or can catch the 110 or 112 from the north county and catch the 17 at Linda Mar Park & Ride.
