Cherry Blossom Festival:  This Saturday, April 8, is the first day of the 50th Anniversary Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival, marking a half century of celebrating Japanese American culture. The event runs through Sunday, April 16, and offers visitors a parade, a film festival, performances of taiko drumming, and much more. Take Caltrain to BART, get off at the Montgomery Station, and catch the MUNI 38R to Japantown so you can celebrate this rich and diverse community.

Palo Alto Wedding Fair:  Long-standing fantasies aside, planning a wedding is complicated, expensive and emotionally taxing.
