This Saturday, SamTrans will host a booth at the second annual Family Fitness Fun Expo at Washington Park, 850 Burlingame Ave., in Burlingame from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Health experts and beginners alike are invited to participate in this invigorating outdoor program. The free Family Fitness Fun Expo will promote the importance of physical education and healthy living to people of all ages.
Exercise stations and fitness demonstrations will be available to encourage adult participation, and a variety of health-conscious vendors and businesses will also have representatives present to speak with guests and support the objective of the program.
As a sponsor of the event, SamTrans staff will be on-hand to provide information about general bus service for youth, adults, seniors and veterans.
For those interested in taking public transit to the event, participants can hop on SamTrans Routes 292 or ECR to get them to the event or they can take Caltrain and exit at the Burlingame station, which is across the street from Washington Park.
